Feature/admin: Administrator dump of log, user, and session objects

Fixed a misplaced colon in the ``Read only'' item in the {\tt session::describe} method.

Added check boxes to the bottom of the monthly log in administrator mode to dump the {\tt user} and {\tt session} objects as well as the {\tt monthlog} object.

Added the ability for the administrator to dump objects from the monthly log form when accessing another user's account as well as within the administrator's own account.

Performed HTML quoting on the object dumps performed from the monthly log form. Added a ``{\tt unicode-bidi: bidi-override;}'' CSS style specification to the \verb+<pre>+ block which encloses the object dumps so that right to left text does not befuddle the browser's layout of the object dump. A new {\tt html::quoteHTMLFile} function is used to quote the object dumps, which are written to intermediate temporary files.

Improved formatting of the {\tt describe} method output for the {\tt monthlog} and {\tt user} objects. These previously had some long lines which are now wrapped.
